Pine Dream Educational Services is a learning platform that offers individual sessions and workshops focused on personal growth and healing core wounds that occur during pivotal moments throughout life. Our mission is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their potential and achieve holistic well-being.
At Pine Dream Educational Services, we are committed to changing the world, one life at a time. For there to be peace on earth, each of us needs to feel peace within ourselves.
By educating ourselves about the source of our emotions, those we label as good or bad, positive or negative, we can start to respond to our emotional reactions with compassion and curiosity rather than judgement and blame.
This is a safe place to share your stories. Not about what happened in your past but what happened last week that led to an outburst of rage that you did not even know existed within you. By bringing that anger into conscious awareness, we can work with it, understand it, and give it the attention it needs. This is not about creating a false bravado of positive thinking. It is about looking at life through a new lens.
Our goal for every person on this planet is to move beyond survival and coping to becoming more empowered, at peace, and less reactive to the circumstances that show up in our lives because we can use those experiences as powerful learning tools. With time, your commitment to choosing love rather than fear will reward you with more peace than you could ever imagine.
Meet Josephine
Josephine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to empower clients of all ages. She is dedicated to creating engaging platforms for learning through our life experiences, holding a safe space for clients to feel their emotions, reflect on their past experiences, and to engage more fully in the present moment.
Josephine has two Masters Degrees in the mental health field and has worked in a variety of school districts for 30 years as a teacher, school counselor, and a school psychologist. She is a certified C.O.R.E. Educator through the American Society of Alternative Therapists and is working towards her Doctor of C.O.R.E. Education. Her training in C.O.R.E. Education has provided the foundation for Pine Dream Educational Services and students will learn about the four components associated with this modality: Becoming more Conscious, taking Ownership for the life you are creating, Releasing the past through radical forgiveness, and Engaging more fully with the life we are creating each day along with more mainstream psychological theories, current research, and a variety of spiritual modalities.
